Disclaimer
Important limits on PreFlight results, third-party data, and professional advice.
Disclaimer
Effective: July 25, 2026
This Disclaimer explains important limits of PreFlight's health checks, monitoring, reports, trust pages, and automation. It is part of the Terms of Service.
Operational information only
PreFlight provides operational signals based on the configuration, permissions, timing, data, and third-party responses available to it. A successful check does not mean that an application, integration, deployment, or provider is secure, compliant, available, complete, or free from defects. A failed check may result from factors outside your control, including third-party outages, API changes, network conditions, configuration, or your application code.
Not professional advice
The Service and its outputs are not legal, financial, tax, security, compliance, medical, or other professional advice. PreFlight does not certify compliance with a law, standard, contract, or security framework. Obtain advice from qualified professionals and perform the reviews appropriate for your business and risk profile.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, detection of every issue, compatibility with every provider, or any particular business, revenue, security, or compliance result. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and remain outside our control.
Your decisions
You are responsible for validating results, deciding whether to deploy or act, maintaining backups and incident procedures, and ensuring that you have authorization to connect each system. Do not use PreFlight as the sole basis for a release, security decision, legal determination, or response to an incident.
